We had a crazy rainstorm last Wednesday, the first good rain they've had for like 3 years. It was pretty intense so I took a few photos to prove that it does indeed rain in Meekatharra.
On Saturday Carrie, one of the locals, took Amy and I down to a place called Five Mile to go swimming. Basically its this massive open cut mine that was abandoned and is now filled with water. It was absolutley amazing, blue water, warm air...I could have stayed all day.

Thats really all thats been going on here...making money and then spending it on internet and alcohol. Oh well, you only live once right?
